定義
後縁（背側縁）は、上方では肘頭後部の三角形皮下面の頂点に始まり、下方では茎状突起の後面に終わる。上方4分の3は明瞭であり、尺側手根屈筋・尺側手根伸筋・深指屈筋の共通起始をもたらす腱膜が付着する。下方4分の1は平滑で丸みを帯びている。この縁は内側面と背側面とを分ける。
