定義
関節円板（関節半月）は、いくつかの関節に存在する線維軟骨からなる薄い楕円形の板状構造であり、滑膜腔を分離する。この腔空間の分離により、各空間において独立した運動が生じることが可能となる。
例：膝関節の関節半月、顎関節または胸鎖関節の関節円板。
