腰外側横突間筋
Musculi intertransversarii laterales lumborum
定義
腰部において、横突間筋は脊柱の両側に対をなして配列される。
- 一方の群は、腰椎の横突起間の全域を占め、外側横突間筋の背側部をなす。
- 他方の群は、外側横突間筋の内側部（内側横突間筋）をなし、一椎骨の副突起から下位椎骨の乳頭突起へと走行する。
外側横突間筋は脊髄神経の前枝によって支配され、内側横突間筋は脊髄神経の後枝によって支配される。
