定義
橈骨下端の外側面は斜め下方に延長して強固な円錐状の橈骨茎状突起を形成する。その基部には腕橈骨筋の腱が付着し、先端には手関節の外側側副靱帯が付着する。この突起の外側面には扁平な溝が認められ、長母指外転筋および短母指伸筋の腱が通る。
