정의
날개인대 사이의 삼각형 간격에는 또 다른 섬유성 끈인 치아꼭지인대(apical odontoid ligament)가 있으며, 이는 치아돌기의 끝에서 큰구멍의 앞쪽 가장자리까지 뻗어 있고, 앞atlantoöccipital막의 깊은부분 및 고리뼈가로인대의 위십자다리와 긴밀하게 혼합되어 있습니다. 이는 흔적적인 추간섬유연골로 간주되며, 그 안에 척삭의 흔적이 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
