위뒤엉덩뼈가시는 엉덩뼈능선의 뒤쪽 끝을 나타내는 뚜렷한 뼈 돌출부입니다. 위쪽 경계(엉덩뼈능선)가 엉덩뼈의 뒤쪽 경계와 만나는 지점에 위치합니다.
