PCA aneurysm

There is a well-defined extra-axial lesion seen in the right side of the ambient cistern, adjacent to the course of the right PCA, that demonstrate almost complete low T2WI signal with peripheral rim of high T1 and area of blooming artifact at FFE, it measures approximately 13x10mm, with internal enhancing part similar to arterial system, shows rim of non-enhancing component.
At MRA shows focal saccular dilatation related to the right PCA.
Features are consistent with right PCA partially thrombosed saccular aneurysm.
