Small Laryngeal Cancer with Brainstem Metastasis - MRI

There is an abnormal signal intensity that is seen at STIR WI involving the right true and false vocal cords; which are thickened and show abnormal enhancement post contrast administration. These features are in keeping with pathologically proven laryngeal cancer.

The visualized cuts of brain images show few ring enhancing lesions in the midbrain and pons; likely representing metastatic lesions.
