Comminuted fracture of the lateral tibial plateau with mild displacement of the antero-lateral part, surrounded by mild bone marrow edema (Schatzker type II).
Abnormal high signal of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, with radial tear involving its body.
The medial meniscus shows grade IIa abnormal signal with no definite tear.
The medial collateral ligament shows abnormal high signal with focal fiber disruption proximally, and with surrounding edema seen, suggestive of grade II MCL injury.
Mild to moderate amount of joint effusion
