There is significant diffuse bilateral nodular thickening of the visualized nerve roots of the lower dorsal, lumbar, and sacral spine, with mild enhancement following contrast administration, seen filling the neural exit foramina of their respective levels, and seen scalloping the adjacent vertebral bodies.
Multiple para-vertebral and intra-abdominal muscles nodules that show high T2W signal and central hypointense dots (Target sign).
Findings are mostly suggestive of plexiform neurofibromatosis related to neurofibromatosis type 1.
