Ligamentum triangulare
Définition
Le ligament triangulaire du mécanisme extenseur de la main est une fine lame fibreuse qui relie les deux bandelettes latérales en traversant le dos de la phalange moyenne jusqu'au tendon extenseur terminal, et qui prévient la translation palmaire des bandelettes latérales lors de la flexion de l'articulation interphalangienne proximale.
La lésion du ligament triangulaire entraîne la déformation en boutonnière.
