定義
内側上顆は外側上顆よりも大きく隆起が著明であり、やや後方に向いている。内側上顆には、肘連結の内側側副靱帯、円回内筋、および前腕屈筋群の一部に共通する起始腱が付着する。尺骨神経はこの上顆の後面にある溝の中を走行する。上顆は上方において顆上稜に連続する。
