鎖骨下静脈溝
Sulcus venae subclaviae
定義
第一肋骨の肋骨体上面には2本の浅い溝が認められ、これらは互いに低い隆起によって隔てられている。この隆起は内側方向に延長して結節を形成し、前斜角筋結節と呼ばれ、前斜角筋（腱）の付着部となる。前方の溝（鎖骨下静脈溝）は鎖骨下静脈を通し、後方の溝（鎖骨下動脈溝）は鎖骨下動脈および腕神経叢の最下幹を通す。
