腓腹静脈

定義
腓腹静脈は下肢の深部静脈系の一部である。腓腹静脈は下腿の後区画に位置し、腓腹筋を還流する。腓腹静脈は一般に内側腓腹静脈と外側腓腹静脈とに区分される。
これらの静脈は腓腹動脈および腓腹神経に伴走し、神経血管束を形成する。この神経血管束は、腓腹神経移植片の採取や再建外科における腓腹筋皮弁の作製など、各種外科的処置において重要な意義を有する。[1-3]
腓腹静脈は静脈還流の観点から重要であり、腓腹筋皮弁の静脈流出路にしばしば関与する。
