정의
휘돌림은 뼈의 머리와 관절안 사이에서 일어나는 운동 형태로, 뼈가 원뿔형 공간을 휘돌 때 발생합니다. 원뿔의 밑면은 뼈의 먼쪽 끝이 그리며, 끝은 관절안에 위치합니다. 이 운동은 어깨관절과 엉덩관절에서 가장 잘 관찰됩니다.
