뒤기둥(columna posterior; posterior cornu)은 길고 가늘며, 뒤쪽과 가쪽 방향으로 향합니다. 뒤기둥은 뒤가쪽고랑 가까이까지 뻗어 있으며, 백색질의 얇은 층인 Lissauer tract에 의해 뒤가쪽고랑과 분리되어 있습니다.
