가로막신경핵

정의
가로막신경핵은 목척수(C3~C5 분절) 앞뿔 내에 위치하는 운동핵의 중간군에 속합니다. 이 핵에서 나오는 원심성 운동신경세포는 호흡의 주된 근육인 가로막을 지배합니다.
가로막신경핵은 더부신경핵과 함께 목척수 앞뿔의 안쪽 및 가쪽 세포군 사이에 위치합니다.
