Ligamentum retinacularum transversum
Definición
El ligamento retinacular transverso (LRT) conecta las bandeletas laterales conjuntas con la vaina flexora para limitar su desplazamiento dorsal durante el movimiento de la articulación IFP; su lesión produce la deformidad en cuello de cisne.
