恥骨弓

恥骨弓は、恥骨の下枝が正中線で合流することによって形成され、弓状の形態を呈する。
産科学において、恥骨弓角（PAA）は経会陰超音波などの画像診断技術を用いて計測可能な重要なパラメータである。PAAは、経腟分娩の可否を評価するうえで重要な骨盤計測値である棘間径（ISD）および産科学的結合線（OC）と相関することが示されている。[1] 恥骨弓角が広いほど経腟分娩において概して良好な転帰と関連する一方、角度が狭い場合には遷延第2期における器械分娩の必要性を予測し得る。[2]
