後頭側頭溝（別名：mid-fusiform sulcus）は、大脳皮質の下面に位置する長い脳溝である。後頭葉および側頭葉のほぼ全体にわたる下面に沿って延び、後頭側頭回を内側後頭側頭回と外側後頭側頭回とに分割する。
