定義
指節骨の頭（遠位端）は近位端よりも小さく、それぞれ浅い溝によって隔てられた2つの顆からなる（指節骨滑車）。関節面は背側面よりも掌側面においてより遠位まで延びており、この特徴は第1列の指節骨において最も顕著に認められる。
