안쪽그물척수로

정의
안쪽그물척수로 (a.k.a. pontine reticulospinal tract)는 다리뇌의 안쪽그물체에서 척수의 앞뿔까지 뻗어 있는 내림운동경로입니다.
그물체는 뇌줄기 전체에 걸쳐 위치한 신경세포와 신경섬유의 그물망 구조를 말합니다. 안쪽그물척수로는 안쪽 또는 다리뇌그물체에서 기원합니다. 이 경로는 교차하지 않고 앞섬유단(또는 앞흰기둥)을 따라 내려가며, 척수의 앞뿔에서 종지하여 자세 긴장도와 운동을 촉진하기 위해 알파 및 감마 운동신경세포에 영향을 미칩니다.
시상하부에서 기원하는 일부 내림자율신경섬유 또한 그물척수섬유 내에서 함께 내려가 가슴허리 교감신경 및 엉치 부교감신경 출력을 조절합니다.
