Sillon antérolatéral de la moelle spinale est un sillon longitudinal situé de chaque côté de la face ventrale (ou antérieure) de la moelle spinale. Il se situe juste en dehors de la fissure médiane antérieure et sépare les cordons blancs antérieur et latéral l'un de l'autre. Il marque le point où les radicules antérieures ou motrices des nerfs spinaux émergent de la moelle spinale.
