後殿筋線
Linea glutea posterior
定義
後殿筋線（上湾曲線とも呼ばれる）は、腸骨翼の外面（殿筋面）に位置する骨隆起である。すべての殿筋線の中で最も短く、上後腸骨棘の数センチメートル前方の腸骨稜後部から起始する。起始部では明瞭に認められるが、大坐骨切痕の上部に向かって下降するにつれて不明瞭となり、終止部においては完全に消失することもある。この線の後方には狭い半月形の面が存在する。この面の上部は粗面であり、大殿筋の一部の起始部として機能する。下部は平滑であり、筋の付着は認められない。
